In the World of Wine one of the biggest tour stops is The Vancouver Playhouse International Wine Festival, now celebrating its 30th year.

This show will come from the huge tasting room they set up at Vancouver’s Trade and Convention Centre on February 28 & 29.
The numbers speak for themselves: 1600 wines, 176 wineries - 50 from Italy, 16 countries! Organizers hope to break 25,000 in attendance this year. Can’t talk to them all but I will try.

The Festival’s Global focus is on sparkling wine and the Feature Country is Italy.
