Hour One
Segment 1
Taste of Kelowna, BC
Cheryl Saint-Galloway and Rose Sexsmith, Organizers Extradinaire, fill us in on this food and wine event on March 30th in BC’s Wine Country that plans to draw 5,000 people.

Segment 2
Dino at The Met, Vancouver, BC
Dino Renaretz, Executive Chef and Sommelier at Vancouver’s Metropolitan Hotel, escorts us through a special tasting menu and the wines he recommends, then he takes the usual and bizarre Tasting Room taste test.

Segment 3
Chefs Ned Bell and Mark Filatow, Kelowna, BC
Live in studio - Ned Bell, known for his show on Canada’s Food Channel, is opening a new restaurant in Kelowna named Cabana, and Mark Filatow of both the Waterfront Bistro and the new Seven Six Four Bistro, will join me. Should be a food fight!!

Segment 4
Steve Johansen from Organic Ocean, Vancouver, BC – Don’t know about you, but only recently did I really think about where my fish came from and how it was caught and stored. Steve will also share how to read a menu to know if the fish you are ordering is fresh or farmed. Great information in this interview.

Hour Two
Segment 5
Prevail, Swollen Members, Canada – Singer and writer from Canada’s premier hip-hop group, Swollen Members, will be live in the studio. The guy knows his music and his wines.

Segment 6
Wine Diva - Daenna Van Mulligen -reviews Lungarotti wines from Italy and other great juice. All review posted also on www.winediva.ca

Segment 7
Rhys Pender, Canadian wine expert - reveals a new $70 dollar Chardonnay from BC’s Meyer Family Vineyards and how the precious eight barrels came to be!

Segment 8
Vanilla Pod Restaurant, Summerland, BC
We will taste our way through the new menu at Vanilla Pod in Summerland, BC.
