The SHOW
We’ve been talking and reading lately about the amazing social and culinary movement called Vancouver’s Spot Prawn Festival.
For two months we fish and eat local thereby easing the pressure on jumbo prawn overfishing half a world away. We used to ship 90% of our prawns to Japan..who would then freeze them and sell them back to us.
One of the leaders of this movement is fisherman Steve Johansen and we join his crew Frank Keitch and Trevor White just outside English Bay..
The two segments roll out in real time..at press time we’re trying to post some of the footage on the site.
Get connected to the prawns we eat on board Organic Ocean 1!!

Check out their portfolio..they cover all the bases.
We also touch on two issues: Taxation of wines and spirits.
And why the Government is still in the Liquor business.
